CIANSOFT ClipManagerX 2.1

LICENCE AGREEMENT.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.

This licence agreement applies to the Ciansoft ClipManagerX ActiveX control and any accompanying files (collectively referred to as "the SOFTWARE").

By installing the SOFTWARE, you are considered to have accepted this agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENCE.
You are granted a non-exclusive licence to install and use the SOFTWARE on a single computer. You may transfer the SOFTWARE to another computer only if you delete the previous installation.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
The SOFTWARE is the intellectual property of Ciansoft. You must not disassemble the SOFTWARE or sell it to another party.

The ActiveX file, ClipManagerX.ocx, may be distributed with your own applications.

The licence file, ClipManagerX.lic, is restricted to the single installation defined by this licence agreement and must not be distributed. You may make additional copies of this file only for backup purposes.

3. LIABILITY.
The software is supplied without warranties of any kind. Ciansoft does not accept any liabilities which may arise directly or indirectly from its use.

Refund Policy

Ciansoft strongly recommends that you download the trial version of ClipManagerX and test it thoroughly before deciding to purchase the full version. This is the best way to confirm that the control is suitable for your specific purposes.

For this reason, we do not normally offer refunds after purchase if you later decide that ClipManagerX is unsuitable.

If you find a product defect such that ClipManagerX does not perform correctly as described in the documentation, we will make every effort to correct the defect. If we are unable to correct the defect, then we may, at our discretion, offer a refund of the purchase price.
